Designer guidelines
Please follow these requirements for a smooth review and upload process.
File size
Maximum file size: 2 MB per design.
Formats accepted
Upload files in JPEG, PNG or TIFF/TIF format.
Design quality
Designs must be sharp, clear, complete and distortion-free, with a clean repeat/seam where required.
Original design
Upload original artwork or designs you have the legal right and permission to sell.
Print ready
Check colours, alignment, edges and pattern repeat before submitting your file.
Terms & conditions
Please read these basic terms before participating in the designer programme.
Eligibility
Designers must provide accurate registration details and comply with platform rules. Incomplete or ineligible submissions may be declined.
Ownership & rights
You confirm that you own the design or have the necessary rights and permissions. Designs must not infringe any third-party rights.
Review & approval
Submissions may be reviewed before publication. Designs that are unclear, unsuitable, duplicate or non-compliant may be rejected or removed.
Cancellation & returns
No commission is payable on cancelled, returned, refunded, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible orders. Previously credited commission may be adjusted where appropriate.
Wallet & payment
The commission rate is 10% of the eligible order value as defined by the platform. It is credited to your wallet after delivery is confirmed. Platform withdrawal and verification rules apply.
Changes to terms
We may update the programme guidelines or terms when needed. Continued participation after an update means you accept the revised terms.
